Lords Supper

As a congregation of the Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America, and in obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper on a regular basis. Our belief is the Bible teaches only those professing faith in Jesus Christ have the privilege of partaking in this sacrament, and that Christ gave the responsibility of overseeing the distribution of the Lord’s Supper to the church. For this reason, the elders, men who are accountable to Christ for the spiritual wellbeing of His church, have the responsibility of knowing the profession of faith of each person who partakes.

In order to come to the Lord’s table, each member of our congregation has met with the elders and professed their faith in Jesus along with a commitment to His church. If you plan on visiting us on a Sunday when we offer the Lord’s Supper and would like to partake with us, we ask you to meet with the elders so we can get to know you and hear your profession of faith.

If you are not sure of your commitment to Jesus Christ and/or are not a member of another church, we invite you to remain in the pew during your visit and allow the bread and cups to pass by without feeling any embarrassment for not partaking.

Please contact us through the Contact page if you have any questions or want to set up a time to meet with the elders.
